Leesburg, VA –eTel was awarded a competitive contract to support the IRS in developing a Service Management strategy and execution plan to modernize IT operations through adoption of service management leading practices and technologies to automate, provision, and deliver services for the IRS customers and users. Achieving the strategy will increase public confidence in IRS technology services, enable the workforce of the future, and modernize & enhance IT operations, which includes providing the IT organizations with full visibility into their environment, enabling proactive discovery of issues, and enabling faster service restoration.
