Our two companies have formed a joint venture, Collaboration House, adding a new path for clients to access our combined capabilities. Together, we will continue to help our clients successfully navigate change, improve how individuals and teams function and continuously enhance organizational performance.

CollaborateUp, a certified 8(a) small business, works to accelerate collaboration among companies, nonprofits and governments to tackle our world’s toughest challenges. Their CollaborateUp Formula jump-starts this process and builds relationships among key stakeholders. This structured and proven research, training and collaboration methodology enables clients to develop, incubate and scale new ideas — a strong complement to Wheelhouse Group’s experience and proven methodologies in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, workforce transformation and program governance.
