Abaco-BlackFish JV, comprised of Ábaco Strategy, LLC (Ábaco) and BlackFish Federal, LLC (BlackFish), is pleased to announce it has been awarded the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Information Management Center Services V (IMCS) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling value of $186 Million. Under this contract we will provide agency-wide support services for EPA’s Libraries, Public Information Centers (PIC), and records and docket centers. Task orders under the IDIQ contract will encompass docket center support, library network management, records management and digitization services. The work will occur at various EPA locations including EPA Headquarters and across the Agency’s ten (10) regions. “We are thrilled to be able to provide innovative products and services for the EPA’s Office of Enterprise Information Programs (OEIP) to improve access and management of EPA’s information in support of EPA’s mission to protect human health and the environment,” Ábaco President & CEO Estefania Arregui-Gomez said. “Our team has the expertise and understanding of the environment to deliver solutions that meet EPA’s business requirements today and moving forward into the future.”
