This trusted, modern digital services company, whose integrated teams guide agencies constrained by legacy systems to a future with intuitive user experiences built on secure, reliable, and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure, is seeking additional partners for its upcoming bid for NASA SEWP VI.   

The Ask: 

The NASA SEWP VI procurement is live and we have a team in place but we still could use an additional partner to fill some gaps. We’re specifically looking for potential partners that can fulfill the following Technical Area. An ideal partner would have capabilities and recent / relevant past performance with federal agencies in this area and the ability to write a general technical approach for them. 

Technical Area: 1b. Enterprise-Wide Network Services 

Background: 

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Information Technology Procurement Office’s (ITPO) 6th Generation of Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurements Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (SEWP VI GWAC) solicitation has been released. The principal purpose of this requirement is to provide the federal government with an all-encompassing one-stop acquisition vehicle for Information Technology Product and Service Solutions. 

The Final Request for Proposal (RFP) was released on May 23rd, 2024, with proposals currently due on July 25th, 2024. The RFP and additional procurement details are available here:

The prior iteration of this GWAC, SEWP V consisted of over 140 pre-competed Prime Contract Holders, including more than 100 small businesses. 

Description of Technical Area Requested: 

1b. Enterprise-Wide Network Services
Manage a single end-to-end service provisioning organization that combines and stream lines LAN and WAN communications services for both corporate and mission networks. The enterprise model is to improve the planning and delivery of enterprise-wide IT services and to obtain cost efficiencies resulting from the consolidated delivery structure. Improve the consistency of infrastructure services built and operated in multiple locations (e.g., LANs and WAN management) to better enable intra-Agency collaboration, user mobility, and Cybersecurity. Tasks, defined at the task order level, may include, but are not limited to: Provide continuity of service for legacy custom data network solutions for point-to-point network connections and point-to-point copper and fiber optic circuits; provide Corporate Network Services, Corporate Voice Services, Corporate Data Services, Corporate Collaboration Services, Corporate Management and Operations, Mission Services, Mission Management and Operations, Customer Relationship Management, Service Management, Strategy Generation, Cybersecurity Support, Cable Plant Services, and Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC).
