Partner Request: DOJ OCEDFT Fusion Recompete RFI

The Ask: We are an 8(a) SDVOSB IT and Infrastructure Transformation leader with direct experience supporting the Department of Justice. We are seeking a partner with a TOP SECRET facility clearance with Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS) network access.

The Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) plays a critical role in protecting our national security by carrying out a comprehensive attack against organized drug trafficking, money laundering, and terrorist organizations. In support of this mission, the OCDETF Fusion Center (OFC) maintains and operates an intricate set of data ingestion, analytics, and case management tools in a specialized, purpose-built information technology system. This system is comprised of classified and unclassified systems that normalize data, deliver reports and analytical information, and other products that are used by OCDETF in carrying out its mission.  

The task order objective is to provide various services to maintain the currently deployed operational environment. These services include, but are not limited to, program management support, software development, systems engineering and integration, systems administration, database administration and maintenance, training, information security, and help desk services required to support OCDETF’s and the OFC’s existing systems architecture (hereinafter referred to as Fusion) in an enterprise data center environment of appropriate security classification.  

The scope of this project will include the ongoing maintenance, engineering, and operation of all existing OCDETF and Fusion systems (classified and unclassified) currently located at the OFC and its additional Continuity of Operations (COOP) location. Included in the scope of this project will be any other efforts also required to integrate or migrate services provided by the OCDETF and Fusion systems to either the COOP location or other production data center environments and cloud service providers as determined by the needs of the government.
