Partner Request: DOJ FBI Resource Planning Office Electronic Forms Web Support Services Development & Enhancement

A WOSB SDVOSB is in the hunt for a potential partner (large or small) who maintain capabilities and/or relationships with RPO in relation to a potential upcoming RFP to acquire a variety of Information Technology (IT) services for Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) web services, systems, and applications in the area of Collaboration Systems Support, Systems Development and Operations, and Website Development and Operations.  

Background 

The Resource Planning Office (RPO) requires a variety of information technology (IT) labor services to provide web services, systems, and applications in the areas of: Collaboration Systems Support; Systems Development and Operations; and Website Development and Operations. 

RPO manages enterprise processes, provides data-informed analyses to decision makers, and drives innovation and thought leadership to advance the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) strategic objectives. Within RPO, the Internal Policy Office (IPO) is responsible for all official FBI forms and policy. 

As such, IPO is responsible for the development and enhancement of various electronic forms (eForms), to include those with automated workflows (InfoPath, Power Apps, SharePoint, etc.) and those without automated workflows (Adobe PDF, Word, etc.). eForms are utilized enterprise-wide, domestically and internationally, by a total of approximately 40,000 users. 

Scope 

The Contractor shall provide support services to IPO and other RPO units, hereinafter referred to as IPO. Services shall include, developing and maintaining forms and libraries in technologies such as Adobe Acrobat Professional (Adobe Pro), Adobe Experience Manager (previously known as Adobe LiveCycle), Microsoft InfoPath, Power Apps, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Office programs, as well as other potential technologies such as ActiveDocs.
