Partner Request: DOC Census CenTAM (Center for Testing, Evaluation, and Assessment Management) requirement

OPTiMO Information Technology, a leading provider of cutting-edge IT solutions with specialties in software development, system integration, and digital transformation and a proven track record of successful projects, including the development and continuous enhancement of the USPS Informed Delivery platform is seeking potential partners to support the pursuit an upcoming Census Bureau requirement. 

Background 

Anticipated to be released in January 2025, the scope of work for CenTAM includes the same Task Areas released in the DTAM performance work statement (PWS) for modernization of existing applications and the development of new applications (now for systems across the enterprise), which will be leveraged for the business ecosystem, information technology (IT), economic, demographic, decennial, and research methodology, and other program areas across the Census Bureau.  

The Ask: 

We are seeking a teaming partner with extensive experience in Census systems to join us in pursuing the Census CenTAM opportunity. The ideal partner should have: 

1. Census Systems Experience: Proven track record working with Census systems, which is crucial for this opportunity. 
2. Contract Management: Strong experience in contract management, ensuring compliance and successful delivery throughout the contract lifecycle. 
3. Project & Program Management: Demonstrated capability in managing large-scale projects and programs, particularly within the federal sector. 
4. Advanced Data Science and Data Management: Expertise in advanced data science and data management, aligning with the high standards required by the Census.
