For those tracking this DHS ICE SharePoint Development Services RFP, it appears the acquisition strategy is now set with DHS expected to push this requirement out as an SDVOSB set-aside on GSA VETS in early June.
Posted March 22, 2024
A small woman-owned software development company with significant SharePoint expertise is seeking to serve as a subcontractor to any Prime bidder who is responding to this requirement for SharePoint development support services for the Records and Information Management Unit within the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Chief Data Officer (CDO). We can provide a developer (key), content manager or a part-time Program Manager.
Background
CDO is primarily responsible for overseeing the management, sharing, protection, and access to ICE data and records, and ensures the information ICE maintains meets all legal and policy requirements. The Office’s mission is to ensure the integrity of the agency’s records and data, and that individual privacy is protected.
For this requirement, the Contractor is expected to provide technically proficient, and relevant subject-matter expertise and support in the areas of SharePoint Development support services for the ICE Records and Information Management Unit to address the development and implementation of the Records Services application tool and its capabilities for assessing and monitoring records inventories, schedules, file plans, etc. The support shall include delivery of an electronic dashboard tool within the SharePoint 2016 platform.
This is understood to be an active RFI on GSA eBuy today.
More will be shared as it is made available.
