Official Awardee List: USDA STRATUS Cloud Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Pool 2: Integration and Development

credenceOut of a pool of 122 bidders, 37 awardees have been named to the integration and development pool of this suite of department-wide Cloud Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) to provide the agency with rapid access to cloud capabilities. The official awardees list is included below.

On September 29, 2023, the USDA posted RFQ 12314423Q0143 as a combined synopsis/solicitation on SAM.gov for STRATUS Cloud BOA Pool 2: Integration and Development Support Services to both large (Unrestricted) and small (Restricted) vendors. In response to this RFQ the USDA received 122 quotes. After completion of evaluations of prior experience and technical/management approach, on April 5, 2024, the USDA issued 37 BOAs to the following vendors:

The ordering period will be from April 10, 2024 – April 9, 2034. The USDA has established this suite of BOAs in the spirit of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act. These BOAs are intended to decrease costs, reduce paperwork, and save time by streamlining the search for sources, the development of documents, and the evaluation of offers and selections of sources.

The USDA will assess the cloud landscape at least annually to determine if an on-ramp RFQ will be issued. Any potential future on-ramping actions for this BOA will be posted on SAM.gov and all responsible sources may submit a quotation to be considered by the agency. However, this notice of intent is NOT a request for quotations.
