Protest pays off with SDVOSB JV winning a $257M VA Office of Connected Care (OCC) Program Support Integration (PSI) IDIQ

Sometimes protests do pay off and this one did in a big way for this joint venture which draws on the experience of a national leader in government strategic communications and the battle-tested expertise of a truly innovative SDVOSB specializing in strategic communications. GoldPath is an SDVOSB joint venture formed by Reingold and PW2S to provide the best of both firms to government agencies. This new award decision, which gives this 5-year single-award IDIQ to GoldPath comes almost a year after the initial contract was awarded, and almost 8 months after the VA opted to cancel the initial award and take corrective action.

It appears Veterans Affairs is rethinking its award decision on this large single-award IDIQ to provide integrated services and solutions in support of VA connected care technologies, which  support health care delivery, patient and professional health-related education, public health, and health administration at a distance.
