Nobis Enterprises, Inc., an entity of Tommy Nobis Center (Nobis), and Highlight Technologies, Inc. (Highlight) are proud to announce the formation of a joint venture based on our SourceAmerica-sanctioned Mentor-Protégé. This partnership is one of the first of its kind under the SourceAmerica mentor protégé program.
The partnership combines the strengths of both organizations, including our joint expertise, customer knowledge, capabilities, and delivery models, while being dedicated to advancing employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Highlight will provide strategic and infrastructure support to Nobis in creating a new contact center and help desk support services line of business in support of their overall economic development plan.
Nobis Enterprises, Inc. is a non-profit organization and 40-year provider of AbilityOne services dedicated to leveraging the power of government contracting by providing meaningful training and employment opportunities to persons with disabilities. Nobis employees provide administrative, mailroom, and custodial services, supporting 11 federal and state contracts throughout 22 states.
