This is a Sources Sought notice for the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) Internal Communication Services requirement.
The scope of this contract is to provide comprehensive internal communication services to support the NHLBI and the NHLBI Office of Management (OM) in developing and achieving Institute communication goals and strategies. The NHLBI internal communication program’s approach is staff-driven, results-oriented, and multi-faceted. The program is led by the Office of Workforce Development and Support (OWDS), consisting of a team of Federal staff whose goals are to provide staff with clear, engaging information on NHLBI news, programs, and initiatives and are committed to efficient, responsive and timely planning and execution of a continuum of internal communication products and services…
The contractor will work with NHLBI internal communication program leadership in managing projects and timelines associated with the development of content. The contractor will assist with

- Change Management
- Writing and Editing
- Graphic Design Services
- Product Development and Content Management
