The objective of this requirement is to provide communications and conference support for NIDDK Offices and Divisions. The resultant contract is intended to cover a broad range of administrative, travel, meeting, and conference support. In addition, this contract will provide a wide range of documentation support, website design and development. Specific details of projects/meetings, deliverables, documentation, applicable Government/Department standards, etc., will be provided within the details of each project/meeting.
The scope of this requirement is to provide communications and conference support for the following eight (8) NIDDK Offices and Divisions: Office of the Director (OD); Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolic Diseases (DEM); Division of Digestive Diseases and Nutrition (DDN); Division of Kidney, Urology and Hematology (KUH); Office of Minority Health Research Coordination (OMHRC); Division of Extramural Research (DEA); Office of Obesity Research (OOR); and the Division of Intramural Research (DIR). Each of these eight (8) components has the need for logistic and technical support services for workshops, conferences, and scientific meetings.
