NCP is excited to announce our recent award for the Listen, Improve, Facilitate, Transform (LIFT) contract. In partnership with OMNI Consulting Solutions, National Consulting Partners will be providing professional support services to assist the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Office of Human Capital Services (HCS) with various project tasks and business process improvements within HCS programs related to the Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics Act (PACT Act). This support includes providing expert advice, program management best practices, and assistance in managing program activities. Additionally, the our team will provide organization management support, strategic planning, program and project management support, data analytics, administrative support, and communications planning and support.
