You are invited to submit a proposal in response to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Langley Research Center’s (LaRC’s) Evaluations, Assessments, Studies, Services, and Support 4 (EASSS 4) solicitation.

The principal purpose of this requirement is to provide evaluations, assessments, studies, services, and support for the Science Office for Mission Assessments (SOMA) and other NASA organizations as designated in individual task orders.

NASA will conduct this acquisition as a small business set-aside competition.

Scope & Objectives:

The scope of this task order is to plan the staffing for all SOMA Technical, Management, and Cost (TMC) evaluations and to mitigate the possibility of multiple, overlapping TMC schedules.

The objective of this task order is to plan for the provision of the most qualified skill mix possible to staff evaluation panels and support other task orders.

This competitive acquisition will result in a Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the ability to issue CPFF task orders. The contract will have an effective ordering period of five (5) years from the contract effective date.

The anticipated contract award date is by August 31, 2025 with an effective date of October 1, 2025.
