NASA will conduct this acquisition as a small business set-aside.

The Science Office for Mission Assessments (SOMA) is located at NASA Langley Research Center and is responsible for the management and oversight of evaluations, assessments, and studies for the NASA Headquarters Science Mission Directorate (SMD). The scope of this contract will include evaluations, assessments, studies, services, and support for SOMA and other NASA organizations as designated in individual task orders.

You are invited to review and comment on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Langley Research Center’s (LaRC’s) Evaluations, Assessments, Studies, Services, and Support 4 (EASSS 4) solicitation. NASA will conduct this acquisition as a small business set-aside. This competitive acquisition will result in a Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will have an effective ordering period of five (5) years from the contract effective date.
