Steven shared: After a rewarding career in the Senior Executive Service (SES), I am thrilled to share my next chapter. Following my decision to retire from federal service, I have joined Maximus as Senior Director.
In this new role, I’ll be bridging the gap between federal civilian agencies and the innovative solutions they need to thrive. My focus is simple: driving growth while ensuring mission-critical programs are delivered with excellence.
Why Maximus? I spent considerable time in reflection to ensure I chose the right organization for this transition. I sought a team that matched my commitment to public service with a culture of innovation. The vision and integrity of the leadership team at Maximus were critical factors in my decision—from our first conversations, it was clear that this was the right choice for my next chapter.
To my former federal colleagues: Thank you for years of partnership, but more importantly, for the mentorship and deep friendships we built along the way. Those relationships are what I cherish most from my time in service.
