ManTech Completes Acquisition of Definitive Logic Technologies

ManTech International Corporation has completed the acquisition of Definitive Logic, a leading provider of digital transformation consulting and technology solutions for Defense, Homeland Security and Federal Civilian agencies.

Based in Arlington, VA, Definitive Logic is a prominent player in the government contracting industry, respected for its strategic advisory capabilities in business system transformation for government customers.
