KSA Integration LLC’s Warrior Care Portfolio is committed to fulfilling our Nation’s commitment to our Warriors, Veterans and Family Members that “no one will be left behind.” As a company owned and operated by Veterans, we are giving back to our Warriors, Veterans and Family Members as they are near and dear to our hearts. KSA understands the Warrior’s journey- what they have been through and the challenges that arise. KSA provides support services to Active-Duty Service members and Veterans in all aspects and stages of wellness, recovery, transition, and connecting them to employment and other resources.
With over 20 years of experience in business development across both military and civilian sectors, Peter brings valuable knowledge and expertise that will be instrumental as we enhance and grow our service offerings in Warrior Care and our Magellan Integration JV with Magellan Federal.
Peter is a results-driven professional with a strong record of meeting and exceeding business revenue goals while managing client accounts effectively. His impressive background includes significant roles at ACI Federal Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations/Business Development and Vice President of Operations. In these roles, he oversaw critical FEMA contracts and ensured the delivery of essential support services to medical facilities in Idaho and Washington State.
Before his time at ACI, Peter was the Senior Director of Capture and Proposals, where he led the full lifecycle of business development and built productive relationships with key clients across various sectors. His expertise in proposal development has led to winning numerous contracts and showcasing his ability to drive business growth.
Additionally, Peter founded P W Judd Consulting in December 2012, assisting small companies, especially 8(a) tribal entities, in navigating the complexities of government contracts. Through his consultative approach, he has successfully secured 42 contracts for his clients, significantly elevating their market presence.
Peter’s military experience is also extensive, having served in critical roles in the U.S. Army, including as an Enlisted Military Assistant to the Secretary of Defense. In this capacity, he acted as a liaison for enlisted matters and played a significant role in managing the Presidential Support Program, especially during critical operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. Furthermore, as Deputy Chief of Staff for the Joint IED Defeat Organization, he developed important processes for counter-IED initiatives, enhancing the safety and effectiveness of military personnel.
As Peter transitions into his new role, he will leverage his extensive background in operations management and client relations to advance our Warrior Care and Magellan Integration JV initiatives. His ability to foster strong relationships and his strategic approach to business development will greatly enhance our mission to deliver exceptional care and support.
