Inadev is thrilled to announce the exciting addition of Johnesha Harrison as the Vice President of Delivery Ops. An industry veteran, Harrison leads Inadev’s large, multidisciplinary team on the Fraud Investigation National Security Coordinated Heuristics (FINCH) program at United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Her primary responsibilities include program execution, delivery performance, and stakeholder engagement.

Harrison previously served as a senior delivery and operations executive at Digital Management, Inc. (DMI), Peraton, and Northrop Grumman, where she led large P&L portfolios and mission-critical programs for civilian and national security customers. Her experience includes building high-performing teams, strengthening governance and quality frameworks, and delivering modernization initiatives on time and on budget. We are confident her wealth of experience, combined with her empathetic approach to leadership, will result in great success for the company and program.
