We are pleased to announce that Joanna Tepper has joined our leadership team as Vice President of Capture Excellence. Capitalizing on more than 25 years of experience, Joanna brings a unique blend of business acumen and relationship-centered leadership to the company. Having worked at both Fortune 500 and mid-tier firms throughout her career, Joanna skillfully tailors process, solutions, and the workforce to a firm’s strategic and growth goals. Before joining Tsymmetry Joanna was an independent strategic capture and proposal consultant, supporting a wide range of private industry and Federal government clients. Prior, Joanna was the VP of Business Development and Capture for TechFlow, with a primary focus on Fed/Civ pursuits. Joanna also spent 12 years at Leidos (formerly Science Applications International Corporation) in progressive leadership roles throughout her tenure. She was the Vice President of Operations & Integration for the corporate Capture Operations & Excellence (CO&E) Center and was the Director of the Corporate Proposal Center where she held managerial and functional responsibility for all capture and proposal-related activity, facilities, and tools/systems throughout the corporation. Additionally, she oversaw a staff of 200+ proposal and capture professionals (FTEs, consultants, and vendors) in support of all phases of the business development life cycle, to include building new corporate Competitive Intelligence and Price-to-Win teams from the ground up. Joanna’s extensive experience and proven track record in driving business growth and operational excellence make her an invaluable addition to our leadership team.
