The IRS seek contractor support to assist the IT DT program office with ongoing activities and services to deliver the existing IT DT solution(s) that provide taxpayers access to the Document Upload Tool and other key capabilities. The IT DT Program Office is comprised of data-driven solutions to facilitate sharing of data across multiple user communities and organizational functions [IT, Business Operating Division (BOD), Functional Operating Division (FOD), etc.]. The Business and IT organizations partner aiming to meet Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) to define the direction and delivery of the Strategy Operating Plan.
These solutions are business-led with Contractor and IRS IT DT support providing resources on integration and implementation. The intent, for this requirement, is to facilitate the IT DT program office in its ability to rapidly access Contractors who can integrate plan(s), existing design(s), configure, implement strategies, continue delivery, operate, and enhance workflow ideas as well as provide innovation support services. The multiple solutions being actioned provides a best-in-class process that will help improve customer experience(s).
