INDUS Technology, Inc, a 100% Employee-Owned Government services provider, announced the promotions of Jared Mathey and Lisa Ramsey to Executive Vice Presidents (EVP). Jared will serve as the EVP East Coast and Lisa will serve as the EVP West Coast. In their new roles, Jared and Lisa will continue to drive corporate strategy and growth initiatives in their respective regions by aligning capabilities with customer needs to strengthen the company’s ability to bring consistent yet innovative solutions to customers.
Jared Mathey joined INDUS as the Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Region in 2020 and was promoted to Senior Vice President East Coast in 2022. Jared’s portfolio includes NAVSEA, NSWC, NUWC, NIWC and USFFC contracts, primarily in Panama City, FL, Newport, RI, Chesapeake, VA, Charleston, SC, and Washington, DC. He brings 19 years of experience in program/project management and controls (waterfall and agile/scrum), data analytics, and business intelligence roles with Boeing and Booz Allen Hamilton. Jared is currently serving as 5th Executive Chair on the Board of Directors, Chair of the Nominating Committee, and Co-Chair of the Finance Committee for the Charleston Defense Contractors Association (CDCA).
Lisa Ramsey joined INDUS in 2021 as the Vice President of NAVWAR Market Development and was promoted to Senior Vice President of NAVWAR Programs in 2022. Lisa’s portfolio includes multiple NAVWAR, NSWC, and NUWC contracts based primarily out of San Diego CA, Port Hueneme CA, Keyport, WA, and Hawaii. Before joining INDUS, Lisa had a prominent career with the U.S. Navy in the Information Warfare Domain. She brings 30+ years of DoD acquisition and finance experience, working primarily on major programs within various Program Management and Program Executive Offices. Lisa serves on the Board of Directors for Women in Defense San Diego Chapter as the Corporate Sponsor Coordinator.
Jared and Lisa will continue to report to President & CEO, Eric MacGregor. “As INDUS continues to grow it’s imperative to me that we reward the people who helped INDUS get to this point and make them an integral part of the company’s future. Both Lisa and Jared are extremely deserving of these promotions and I’m excited to see them help lead INDUS on our continued growth pattern,” said MacGregor.
