Exciting news! We’re thrilled to announce a new project in collaboration with our partners at Sprezzatura Management Consulting, LLC supporting a significant initiative in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Office of Compensation Service, which oversees a range of programs aimed at administering disability compensation benefits for Veterans and their families. This initiative demands comprehensive project management and business support services to enhance the efficiency of benefits delivery. That’s where we come in! Our role will assist the client with implementing new system functionality, configurations, enhancements, interfaces, system testing, training, communications, change management, and reporting. From facilitating and leading Integrated Project Team (IPT) meetings to creating and presenting executive-level briefings, we’ll be there every step of the way, ensuring proper resource allocation, funding, adherence to schedules, and effective risk management.
