We’re thrilled to welcome Brian Lovecchio to the team as our new VP of Delivery & Operations, joining our Executive Team at an exciting moment of growth and impact!
Brian brings more than two decades of experience leading large-scale transformation across federal healthcare, technology, and operations. From overseeing complex portfolios supporting the VA to building high-performing, cross-functional teams, he has a track record of turning strategy into measurable outcomes and doing it in environments where the stakes truly matter.
At Ibility, Brian will play a critical role in shaping how we deliver: internally strengthening our operations while also supporting the FMBT program, where he’s contributing to the Momentum implementation across the VA. In true Ibility fashion, he’s already jumping in with a dual hat as both a VHA SME and our Ibility PM.
And because no great leader is one-dimensional, fun fact: Brian is a former trumpet player (we’re still holding out hope for a comeback performance 🎺) and a current racetrack enthusiast who trades spreadsheets for speed on the weekends.
