HUD RFI: CyberArk Privilege Access Management (PAM) Application Professional Consulting Services to support PAM deployment and System O&M

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to find capable vendors to support the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of the Inspector General (HUD OIG) with obtaining a Computer/Information Systems Manager for CyberArk Consulting Services at their Washington, D.C. location.

HUD OIG Information Security (INFOSEC) has a requirement for a professional services contract for the CyberArk Privilege Access Management (PAM) application.  The professional services should cover consulting for deployment of new PAM modules, health checks of the CyberArk system, major version upgrades as required in the CyberArk support guidelines, and any additional consulting task that may be required to maintain the CyberArk system.

The POP is 12 months from date of award in support of annual maintenance.
