The Integrated Award Environment (IAE) is seeking to acquire a Ticketing Platform and Customer Service Automated Learning (AI) tool with these specific requirements:

  • Customizability for seamless integration into SAM.gov (System for Award Management) and CMS (Content Management System).
  • Compliance with GSA IT security standards and FEDRAMP approval before implementation.
  • Robust data analytics capability for enhancing automated customer service intents.

The tool should be adaptable, secure, and analytical to meet our evolving needs efficiently.
