Kevin McCreight has taken on a new role as Senior Program Director with GDIT. Kevin also recently served as the executive lead for the Live Assistance component of the IRS Modernization Plan (Mod Plan). Live Assistance comprises the integration of omni-channel technologies into the IRS contact center to enhance the taxpayer experience. These technologies include web chatbots with escalation to assisted chat, natural language processing (NLP) conversational voice menus, voice-bots and phone applications, and callback technologies.
