Scope: Guided by the principles of the President’s Management Agenda and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), some of OGP’s recent efforts have been devoted to leading the development of a policy environment and key enablers for digital Government. GSA is seeking a vendor with the historical experience and expertise in providing Project Management Support and Operations Management Support to support programs, each with their own mission and objectives. The purpose of this Task Order is to provide PMO and project-specific support to each of these independent GSA Offices / Programs while providing the ability to share information, resources, and lessons learned across them, to include Asset and Transportation Management – (MA); Technology Policy – (ME); Evaluation Science – (MS); Acquisition Policy – (MV); and Shared Solutions and Performance Improvement – (MY).
A focus for the predecessor contract awarded to eGlobalTech was to “provide comprehensive project and operations management support across all OGP offices, programs, and services. Support requirements include but are not limited to end-to-end project management using agile techniques; insightful program briefings; performance metrics collection and analysis; risk management; and executive meeting support.”
