Scope: The 5-year Technical and Analytical Services to Support OIG Data Management and Use BPA was put in place to provide Agile and data analytics expertise to the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) in the Office of Inspector General (OIG) at HHS to help fight fraud, waste, and abuse of federal healthcare. The scope of this effort was initially expected to include providing a range of expert services for “implementation, integration, and support for data management, analytics, and enterprise decision-making.” This included services in “10 functional areas: UX Design, Business Analysis, Development, Integration; Advanced Analytics Support; Data Management & Quality; Change Management & Communications; Agile Coaching, Agile Portfolio Management & Implementation; Training; Program Management Support & Governance; Release Management & Post-Implementation Maintenance Support; Application Support; and Transition-out Support.”
