A research request was recently provided to OS AI from an emerging mid-tier looking for details related to a potential FY 2023 recompete of this multiple award Department of Homeland Security contract funded out of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of the CIO in support of a wide range of activities, to include portfolio, program and project management; customer service support; capability analysis and support; technology transformation services; enterprise architecture management; IT service management; business intelligence; and more.

Scope: The 5-year Enterprise Business Management Support Services (BPA) was put in place to support the mission of CBP in a wide range of areas, to include Portfolio, Program and Project  Management, Strategic Planning, Customer Service Support, Border Security Capability Analysis and Support, Information Technology (IT) Business Management, Information Technology (IT) Transformation Services, Emerging Technology Monitoring Program, Enterprise Architecture Management, Enterprise IT Service Management Implementation, Strategy and Innovation, Enterprise Governance, Business Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Records Information Governance Support, Workforce Transformation Support, and Executive Communications. 

Just a few of the tasks and activities awarded under this contract to date include ACE Portal Support Services; UIP Data Analytics support; Workforce Staffing Model Tool Development; Operational Requirements Management Division (ORMD) support; Family Reunification Task Force PM support; CWMD CMO Support; Data Center Migration, Enterprise Data Analysis and IT Modernization.
