Nearly nine months after the latest protest was dismissed, a second protest has been filed in relation to this Department of Defense National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Office of the Chief Information Officer and Information Technology Services Directorate (CIO-T) requirement seeking information assurance measures that protect and defend NGA’s information and Information Systems (IS) by ensuring their availability, integrity, authentication, confidentiality, and non-repudiation. The Defender contract provides objective assessment and adjudication of risk to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
