Updated March 16, 2024

Two things happened late this past week. The first is that a new protest has now been filed with the Court of Federal Claims by Futron (joining an active case filed by GovWave JV in early February) concerning this important 10-year multiple-award IDIQ contract to support the US Army, DOD, and all federal agency IT infrastructure and infostructure goals.

The second is all known and related active GAO protests were summarily dismissed or have now been withdrawn (see details below). While the grounds for the dismissals have not been released publicly, a normal course of action for GAO is to dismiss all active cases until the COFC shares its decision. This does not preclude protestors from refiling with GAO once the court makes a final decision.
