Sorry CIO-SP3 SB SDVOSB Primes, the latest word out of DHS is the recompete of this requirement, seeking to obtain Agile testing services and independent verification and validation (IV&V) services in support of the GMM program, will be competed on a recently awarded multiple-award BPA.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Grants Management Modernization Program was established to simplify and coordinate business management approaches across all of the Agency’s grants programs, thereby establishing a common grants life cycle and platform for its users.
The incumbent on this contract is MicroHealth, who was last awarded a four-year task order on CIO-SP3 SB as an SDVOSB set-aside in 2021. Contract details and spent to date can be found here (70FA3021F00000502)
DHS announced last week that the RFP for the next iteration of this contract will be released mid to late next month as a task order on the recently-awarded $25M DHS FEMA Test & Evaluation services BPA, which was awarded to five Prime bidders in late 2023.
