Brillient announced today that Ramsey Price has joined the team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), responsible for coordinating strategic growth and the financial, administrative, and risk management operations of the company.

In this role, Ramsey will drive the execution of the company’s growth strategy to include monitoring and reporting Objective and Key Results (OKRs), trends, forecasts, adjustments needed, as well as leading the inorganic growth strategy. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he will help craft business strategy, action plans and the execution of those plans, and will manage the Finance and Accounting, Contracts, and HR teams within Brillient.

Mr. Price brings 20+ years of financial leadership and has held multiple roles in small, private, and medium-sized publicly traded software and technology firms. He has extensive experience in commercial and government contracting, corporate budgeting, financial and pricing analysis, strategic modeling, internal controls, and systems implementations.

Ramsey holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he graduated with distinction and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of North Carolina. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife, Clara, and two children, Isabel, and Ale.
