The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Individual and Community Preparedness Division (ICPD), has a requirement for: 1) program support; 2) research, analysis, and evaluation; and 3) creative content and outreach, to support the mission to increase individual and community preparedness and resiliency.
This contract shall provide the government with support in areas including, but not limited to:
- Contract administration and management
- Portfolio Program Support, programs include:
- Capacity Building (Organizations Preparing for Emergency Needs, Are Your Ready, Building a Roadmap to Resilience, etc.)
- Citizen Responder (Until Help Arrives, Community Emergency Response Teams, Listos, etc.)
- Personal Resilience
- Preparedness Actions (Protective Actions, Individual and Community Preparedness Learning Agenda, Hazard Information Sheets, etc.)
- Youth Preparedness (Youth Preparedness Council, Student Tools For Emergency Planning, Prepare with Pedro, Child Safeguarding, Ready, Summit event planning, etc.)
- General administrative
- Outreach o Web development
- Constituent communications
- Resource Management
- Translations
- Research, Analysis, and Evaluation o National Household Survey
- Program analysis and evaluation
- Surveys
- Focus groups
- Cognitive Testing
- Focused Interviews
- Materials, printing, and other ODCs
