Sometimes protests do pay off. While an active protest remains listed as open on the GAO docket, the FDA announced yesterday that Booz Allen Hamilton has just been awarded a Prime spot (75F40124A00001) on this five-year multiple award BPA which will support optimizing and modernizing Food and Drug Administration (FDA) business operations to align with strategic priorities and increase the effectiveness of FDA organizations.
The latest protest (details here) filed this past Fall by Booz Allen Hamilton (more than 6 months after the award was made) is still listed as unresolved, but we suspect that will change soon.
