The intent of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information that will assist the FBI in determining the market for independent, professional firms that have the capability to support its mission with a variety of specialized experts to support programmatic, technical, operational, legislative, testing, and regulatory initiatives. The Contractor shall have a reach back capability and provide personnel with experience in Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR) in a law enforcement environment, experience with CALEA implementation; and challenges and techniques associated with communications services in support of criminal investigations at the time of award.
