The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a requirement for a bridge contract to continue services currently being performed under contract, GS-35F-0433W; Order 68HERD23F0153, with Tantus Technologies, Inc. The subject order will expire on 1/26/2024.

The contract for follow-on services has been protested and service cannot begin until the protest has been resolved. The services under this contract are critical and cannot lapse and therefore, the EPA intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Tantus Technologies, Inc. located at 1735 N Lynn Street, Ste 650, Arlington, Virginia 20922-2013.  The bridge contract will be extended in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services up to six months until the period of performance can begin on a follow-on contract. During this extension period Tantus Technologies, Inc. will continue to provide essential services for the agency in accordance with the current task order. The current task order provides the agency with critical operations and maintenance services for environmental IT systems including, but not limited to system hosting, software enhancements, operations, maintenance, process improvement activities, and user support. Tantus Technologies Inc. has staff with the experience to successfully operate and maintain the IT systems.
