“Electrosoft today announced it has acquired Achilles Shield, Inc., a government cybersecurity services firm. The acquisition expands Electrosoft’s cybersecurity capabilities and services to federal civilian and defense organizations.

Under terms of the agreement, Achilles Shield is a wholly owned subsidiary of Electrosoft. Dr. Gupta also serves as the CEO of Achilles Shield.
