Notice ID: IES-NCEE-WWC-2025

Revised 5-23-24

The Department received the following question regarding the RFI sent and has provided the following response:

Question: The RFI notes that the WWC-SAGE contract will have a period of performance of 60 months and include option periods to support additional cohorts of grantees from the EIR, PSSG, or similar programs. Can IES confirm that WWC-SAGE will be released as a single, stand-alone contract with option periods rather than a BPA or IDIQ with multiple BPA/IDIQ holders and task orders? The response to this question is important because it affects how bidders will partner on the opportunity.

Response: The Department intends on awarding WWC-SAGE as a single, stand-alone contract with option periods extending to 60 months, rather than as a multiple-award BPA.

No other changes made.
