Today, Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. (Edgewater) announces that Rodger Jones has been promoted to President. Jones will oversee Edgewater’s operations, growth, and technology organizations to ensure the company is achieving customer objectives, advancing its presence as an industry leader, and bringing compelling solutions and services to the market.

Jones has over 25 years of successful technology and business leadership experience, including service delivery operations, technology solutions, and growth across federal and commercial sectors. Previously, Jones served as Edgewater’s Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Encantado Technical Solutions, a joint venture company supporting a major U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory. Before joining Edgewater, Jones worked in executive roles at ASRC Federal, Criterion Systems, UnityBPO, The Kemtah Group, and IBM.
