The Department of Labor (DOL), Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (VETS) program requires contractor services for support of the Transition Assistance Program (TAP). VETS requires support with advancing the ongoing implementation; sustainment, and enhancement of DOL’s responsibilities in TAP; to ensure Service Members and their families have the necessary career tools and information to seamlessly transition into the civilian workforce.

VETS requires support services to assist in the enhancement of TAP administration and management, governance, operations, curriculum development and revision, training, program management, plans, analysis, and evaluation. This support includes worldwide program sustainment in support of over 200,000 Transitioning Service Members, across more than 250 installations within the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to support TAP operations as defined in this PWS; except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.

The scope of this requirement is for the contractor to provide classroom facilitation in the delivery of the TAP employment workshops and course curriculum training. Additionally, this requirement will include employment assistance, program support, technology development, outreach and strategic communications, research, employment counseling, scheduling, and meeting facilitation.

This RFQ will result in a single-award, labor-hour task order.

Period of Performance: 05/01/2024 to 04/30/2025
