The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) Interior Business Center (IBC) is seeking Employment Verification and Unemployment Claims services. This Request for Quote seeks qualified vendors capable of performing Employment Verification (EV) and Unemployment Compensation (UC) claims.

- Storing of Payroll/Separation Data
- Claims Processing (including employment verifications, protests/disputes and no protest claims)
- Appeals Administration (including attendance of hearings)
- State charge detail processing (includes DOL reconciliation)
