CESER is very pleased to welcome our new Principal Deputy Director (PDD), Lilian Colon. Lili brings a wealth of expertise to CESER, having most recently served as the Deputy Associate Director for the Integrated Operations Division within the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Lili’s experience also includes serving as Chief for Strategic Planning and Resource Management for CISA’s Cybersecurity Division and the Deputy Federal Security Director for DHS’s Transportation Security Agency. In her role as PDD she will prioritize CESER’s administrative and operational efforts to help strengthen the security and resilience of our nation’s critical energy infrastructure and reduce the sector’s exposure to all threats and hazards.
