The Department of Defense (DoD), WHS/AD is performing market research to determine the availability, interest, and capability of potential vendors under PSC Code R408 – Support- Professional: Program Management/Support and NAICS 541611 – Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services.
The Contractor shall perform in accordance with the following technical and personnel requirements:
Task Area 1 Data Analyst Services: The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to provide augmentation support. The personnel must be highly proficient in mathematical and analytical skills; use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, etc.. They must also demonstrate the ability to process, analyze, integrate, synthesize, and interpret large and diverse data sets from multiple data sources for executive-level decision making.
Task Area 2 Financial Analyst / Rend Billing Services: The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to support a budget program to include the evaluation/analysis for transactions of accounting programs. The personnel must be highly proficient in mathematical and analytical skills; in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.; able to quickly learn new software; and possesses strong oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and professional skills. They must also possess demonstrated ability to process, interpret, analyze, and manage rent billing application data.
Task Area 3 Project Management Support Services: The contractor shall provide qualified personnel with construction experience managing medium-size projects varying from 20K to 50K square foot specifically in alterations. They must possess strong verbal and written communications skills in dealing with all stakeholders and ability to analyze Gantt charts and check operations status for integration of stakeholder concerns. They must have moderate to advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite of products to include Microsoft Project.
