The Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson AFB OH, intends to solicit Integrated Data Services (IDS) for a sole source effort. Market research was previously conducted, and it has been determined that this is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1.

Description: PMRT is a suite of Air Force (AF) Enterprise applications designed to support a number of key facets of program and financial management, acquisition reporting and leadership oversight. The PMRT system is primarily targeted to the specific needs of the acquisition and sustainment organizations in Secretary of the Air Force/Acquisition Integration (SAF/AQX), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Space Systems Center (SSC) and Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC).
Duration of the contract period: Period of Performance (PoP) for this contract shall be for: one (1) Base Period of twelve (12) months; four (4) twelve (12) month option years; and one (1) six (6) month Extension of Services (EoS).
This requirement for the PMRT program is for a follow-on contract for services that requires unique qualifications. After thorough market research analysis, the Government has determined the IDS is the only responsible source capable of performing the work required for this acquisition. The PMRT system utilizes the CCaR software, which is proprietary to IDS, and uses specialized configuration based on the interaction between PMRT and CCaR to achieve all necessary functions within the suite of PMRT applications.
