DIA’s DORE3 Draft RFP Signals Major, Multi-Disciplinary Intelligence Support Vehicle
The Defense Intelligence Agency has released a pre-solicitation and draft Request for Proposal for the Data Science, Operations, Requirements, Exploitation, and Enhanced Engineering program, known as DORE3, offering early insight into what is shaping up to be a major, enterprise-wide contract vehicle.
DORE3 is designed as a broad advisory and assistance services IDIQ supporting mission execution across technical collection, data exploitation, and operational intelligence functions.
