DHS to compete Consolidated Cybersecurity Program Support RFP in new fiscal year

Any task that makes its way onto 8(a) STARS III is bound to draw interest, and when it is an opportunity to provide professional cybersecurity services to USCIS Office of Information Technology (OIT), the number of prospective bidders will only rise.

An RFP for Cybersecurity Program Support Services (CPSS) is expected to be released in early FY 2025. The focus of this new three year requirement will be to centralize program management functions, while providing support on project portfolio management best practices, communications, automation, and standardized processes using agile methodologies.

The incumbents on this effort include Aretec and their Joint Venture (JV), AretecSBD, with the agency recently announcing plans to consolidate the two contracts (70SBUR22F00000023 and 70SBUR23C00000005) into one contract, with the planned RFP currently slated to go out on STARS III.

More will be shared as it is made available.
