An RFP that is expected to be released this Spring to provide a range of emerging technologies, cyber security, and innovation support services to SVIP, a key program that expands DHS reach to find new technologies that strengthen national security with the goal of reshaping how government, entrepreneurs, and industry work together to find cutting-edge solutions, is expected go out as a Women Owned Small Business set-aside action.
A focus for this three-year contract is to deliver resources that can support the DHS mission-oriented business programs and initiatives in policy development, regulation development, engineering and program/project and business management to the DHS S&T for emerging technologies, cyber security, and innovation. The services include providing advice, assistance and guidance support for immediate, efficient, and effective administrative management activities, management and operations to develop and provide the necessary documentation, training activities and the development and implementation of plans, programs and procedures.
The contractor will be expected to recruit and provide a team (minimum of 9) with skills across a variety of disciplines, to include Program and Project Management, Technical Expertise and Management Analysts. The RFP is tentatively expected to go out as early as late March on the GSA Schedule.
